Welcome to the heart of change. At Small Church Big Table, we believe in creating space for each community to go on its own journey as they sort out LGBTQ inclusion.

That means we work with churches of all sizes and budgets. Inevitably in every cohort we’re offering scholarships to churches with strained budgets. And sometimes we’re offering scholarships to pastors who might be fired even for attending such a cohort.
