WANT TO BUILD HEALTHY, WELCOMING COMMUNITY?

JOURNEY TOWARDS INCLUSION

Small Church Big Table coaches faith leaders who want their communities to be more welcoming of LGBTQ people but need a roadmap to get there. We do not have our own agenda for an outcome (e.g., affirming or not affirming) but curate a safe space for leaders to find their own way forward.

We’ll help you map out how to take the diversity of viewpoints and experiences in your community on a healthy, non-explosive process of discernment. You will learn best practices from churches that have made their own journeys with with wisdom and grace, and you’ll gain clarity on the next steps forward for your own context.

Wonderful experience. Thoughtful, timely and engaging.
